Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed in CWP No. 7866 of 2026 dated 29.05.2026. This Court had issued notice to the respondent on 25.08.2026. 2. Today, the learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record the copy of the office order dated 10.09.2026, whereby, after considering the case of the petitioners, the same has been allowed. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears as per the instructions of the Finance Department issued from time to time, subject to the condition that in case the decision of the LPA goes against the present petitioners, they Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- shall be bound to refund the amount of arrears so paid to them. An undertaking in this respect has been ordered to be obtained from the petitioners, stating that if any overpayment is found at a later stage, the same shall be recovered from them accordingly. 3.
