The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate on 08.09.2024. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
