In WPS No. 3259 of 2017, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.I. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 11.07.2017 and 13.07.2017 passed by respondent no. (Annexure P/1) Γ II. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to grant the petitioner the benefit of two higher pay scales in light of rule 13(111) of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Service Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2015 (Annexure P/11). III. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems, fit in the facts and circumstances may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. In WPS No.800 of 2021, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- 3 “10.1. That the Petitioner humbly prays that the Respondents may kindly be directed to convene the Meeting of DPC within one month positively & Scrupulously. 10.2. That the entire record of the case may kindly be called for elucidation of the facts of the case. 10.3. Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. It appears that the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 11.07.2017 and 13.07.2017, whereby the order of absorption of services in the Tourism Department was cancelled. 4. It is informed by the learned Advocates appearing for Respondent No. 3 that the petitioner has already retired from service upon attaining the age of superannuation. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already retired from services after attaining the age of superannuation, there is no occasion for this Court to interfere with the impugned order(s) or to direct the respondent authorities to convene a DPC for the petitioner's promotion. 6.
