Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) In the course of going through this petition, we find that a joint petition has been filed on behalf of three Companies through one Shri L.C. Kaushal, Authorised Signatory. 2. According to us, this petition in the present form is not maintainable. The three petitioners before us are Companies, duly registered under the Companies Act and each of the petitioners is a juristic person. Such juristic person can approach the Court through an Authorized Signatory who stands so authorised to propagate the cause of such Company by a Resolution duly passed by the Board of Directors of that particular Company. Faced with this situation, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners be allowed to withdraw the petition, with liberty to approach the Court again on the issue raised therein independently.
