No. 39039 of 2026, to the extent that, due to a typographical error in the main bail petition, the address of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Sudhanshu Kumar, Gender–Male, aged about 30 years, son of Vijay Pandit, Resident of Village–Dasharathpur, Police Station–Giriyak, District–Nawada" instead of "Sudhan- shu Kumar, Gender–Male, aged about 30 years, son of Vijay Pandit, Resident of Village–Dasharathpur, Police Station– Giriyak, District–Nalanda. Therefore, he prays for correction of the same. 3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the order dated Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45712 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 17.06.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39039 of 2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent. 4.
