The present execution petition has been preferred against the non-decision of the representation by the Empowered Committee, as directed in CWP No.1729 of 2026, titled Medion Biotech Private Limited Vs. Union of India and Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 26.02.2026. Petitioner's case was CWP No.2119 of 2026. Necessary period for compliance was four months on account of the earlier decision passed in LPA No.169 of 2025, titled Union of India and Anr. Vs. Atul Sharma and Ors. a/w connected matters, decided on 16.07.2025.

2. Learned Dy. Solicitor General of India submits that the needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, on the assurance of the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, we dispose of the present execution petition, directing the respondents to comply with the order.
3. Accordingly, the present execution petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms and so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
