A perusal of the records reveal that the respondent police officials have filed a negative report on 25.06.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.788 of 2024, seeking further investigation. The application was allowed on 30.01.2025, granting time till 28.02.2025 to the investigating agency to file a final report. However, the final report has not been filed for the past one year and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.
