This Writ Petition has been filed against the order dated 14.03.2022, whereby the Collector, Janjgir Champa has proceeded to review its own order dated 17.12.2021 by which he had granted permission to Respondent No.6 to sell his land to the petitioner under Section 165 (6) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code,
1959.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
