Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an application along with the relevant documents before the concerned authorities. 3. The prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
