This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into the service of the third respondent society, with back wages, continuity of service, and all other attendant monetary benefits. 5. When the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. V. Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate, fairly submitted that the order passed in T.N.S.C. No. 1 of 2016, dated 17.12.2021, by the appellate authority under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, will be implemented by the third respondent within a period of four weeks from today. 6.
