Impugned in this petition, filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is an interim order dated 08.07.2026 passed in O.A. No. 681/2026 titled “Mohd. Ayoob Lone Vs. School Education Department”, whereby the Tribunal has directed the respondents to review the impugned suspension order in accordance with law and explain as to under what circumstances the respondents have again issued an order of suspension after reinstating the petitioner earlier. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material on record, we are of the considered view that the Tribunal has not so far rejected the prayer of the petitioner for interim relief. The consideration of interim relief has been deferred till an Serial No. 13 2 WP(C) No. 1751/2026 appropriate response, explaining the circumstances under which the petitioner was placed under suspension after his reinstatement earlier is filed by the respondents 3. It is true that having regard to the nature of controversy involved, the matter with regard to grant of interim relief at least, ought to have been considered at the earliest. 07.10.2026 seems to be a far off date for considering the interim relief. 4. In view of the aforesaid and without commenting on the merits of the case, we propose to dispose of this petition with a request to the Tribunal to take up the matter with regard to the grant of interim relief on the next date positively. The date fixed in the matter is preponed to 11.08.2026. Ordered accordingly. 5. The respondent shall ensure that the requisite reply sought for by the Tribunal is placed before the Tribunal by the next date of hearing. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Tribunal. A copy of this order shall also be served by Mr. Mukhtar Ahmad Makroo, Advocate learned counsel for the petitioner on the counsel appearing for the respondent so as to enable him to file reply. 6.
