A perusal of office order dated 07.01.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted higher pay-scale of Rs.40100/- after completion of two years of regular service, subject to the final outcome of the LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s case. 4. In view of the above stated position, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such. However, it is made clear that in case the consequential benefits are not released in his favour within eight weeks from today, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the execution petition. 5.
