While placing on record communication dated 10.09.2026, issued under signature of Executive Engineer, Sundernagar Division, HPPWD Sundernagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that all the pending bills of the petitioner stand cleared and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition.

Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that payment against 1st to 8th running bills has been made to petitioner-contractor to the tune of Rs. 6,58,54,901/- and now nothing stands due to be paid to petitioner.

In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any.
