Senior Civil Judge, Nellore. 2. When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. 3 3. On the other side, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the main suit in O.S.No.259 of 2006 itself was dismissed on 12.02.2018. In view of the same, he submits that no further orders are required in the matter. 4. Even as per the copy of E-Court status of O.S.No.259 of 2006 placed by the Registry, it shows that the suit was dismissed on 12.02.2018. 5. In such circumstances, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
