CMP No.6190 of 2026 While deciding CMPMO No.415 of 2025, on 24.09.2025, the Court has passed the following orders:- “4. Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that interest of justice would be served, in case, the petitioner is compensated by the respondents by paying cost to the tune of Rs.15,000/-. The cost be paid by the respondents by way of bank draft drawn in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.” In compliance of the said order, an application has been moved to tender the bank draft of cost. In view of no objection made by non-applicant/petitioner, the application under consideration is allowed and bank draft is permitted to be tendered in the Court. The application stands disposed of.
