The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 16.10.2025 for replacement of vehicle no. CG23/P-8450 in place of CG04/E- 3090 affiliated to permanent stage carriage permit no. 623/RPR/2012 valid upto 31.07.2027. 10.2. Considering facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 16.10.2025 of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulation, preferably within an outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
