Perusal of the record indicates that the matter was lastly fixed for filing affidavit on the self-same liability as a last chance. 2. It has been stated that an additional time of approximately 60 days is required for disposal of the instant Misc. case. 3. Taking into account the report, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Court, Alipore, South 24 Pgs is requested to dispose of the Misc. case no. 685 of 2023 expeditiously in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournments and after affording the parties an opportunity of being heard. 4.
