CMP No. 18203 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No.1 for release of the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. As per the applicant, after dismissal of RFA No.222 of 2022 on 21.07.2010, the judgment and decree dated 08.08.2002, passed by the learned District Judge, Kinnaur Civil Division at Rampur Bushahr, has attained finality, therefore, the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court may be released in his favour.
2. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant/respondent No.1, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire amount alongwith up-to-date interest, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1, after proper verification
and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-10 of the application. The application stands disposed of.
