The petitioner has filed this contempt petition against alleged REKHA SINGH -2- disobedience of order dated 23.02.2024 passed in WPS No.1187 of 2024, wherein, following observation was made : “5 Considering the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for petitioners as well as the State based on decision taken in the matter of "Faguvaram Patel" (supra), these petitions are disposed of directing the respondents authorities to consider the claim of petitioners for grant of leave encashment in the light of order passed in the matter of "Faguvaram Patel (supra) within a period of 03 months from the date of production of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and supporting documents.” 3. Mr. Khare, Advocate would submit that till date, respondents have not complied with the order dated 23.02.2024 and failed to make payment of leave encashment. 4. Ms. Rai, Advocate would submit that pursuant to order passed in WPS No.1187 of 2024, amount of leave encashment was calculated to the tune of Rs.58212/- and has already been paid to the petitioner and this fact is evident from Annexure R/2 & 4/1 dated 04.02.2025. 5. Heard. 6. Perusal of document dated 04.02.2025 would show that amount of leave encashment was calculated but with regard to payment, there is no receipt or document. 7.
