By this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a fresh demarcation of the petitioner’s land situated at Village Domidullah, Tehsil Frisal, District Kulgam, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the J&K Land Revenue Act and the rules framed thereunder and the applicable Revenue Standing Orders, after associating all the interested parties with the process. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a committee was constituted by the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kulgam vide order dated 21.06.2025, for conducting fresh demarcation, however, no action has been taken by the said Committee till date. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to conduct demarcation of the petitioner’s land Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document strictly in terms of order dated 21.06.2025 passed by the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Kulgam, within a reasonable period of time. 03. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to initiate and conclude the demarcation of the petitioner’s land situated at Village Domidullah, Tehsil Frisal, District Kulgam as ordered by the Asst Commissioner Revenue vide order dated 21.06.2025, strictly in accordance with the provisions of the J&K Land Revenue Act and the rules framed thereunder and the applicable Revenue Standing Orders, after associating all the interested parties with the process 04.
