Ms. Seema Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondent. 2. Petitioner aged 56 years is serving as Principal at GSSS Devamanal, District Sirmaur. According to the petitioner, aforesaid area had been declared as hard and difficult area till 2025. He has preferred representations, seeking his transfer from the aforesaid area to a station of his choice on account of having completed normal tenure in the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - aforesaid area since the time when it was categorized as hard and difficult area, also pointing out therein that he is left with a year and a half for his superannuation. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent/ competent authority to consider the representations of the petitioner appended with the writ petition, more particularly at page 16 of the paper book, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
