The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.04.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP.No.10623/2024 (KLR-RR/SUR). By the said order the learned Single Judge had granted liberty to the complainant to file an application online, with a further direction to the concerned Tahsildar to consider the application and do the needful as expeditiously as possible. 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate has furnished the compliance affidavit. It is stated that pursuant to the order - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29752-DB CCC No. 106 of 2025 passed by this Court, the complainant's application was considered and it was found that the land granted to the complainant fell within the radius of 18 kilometers from the BBMP limits. It is stated that in terms of proviso to sub-clause (4) of Section 94A of the Kar Land Revenue Act, 1964, no land could be granted in any area within 18 kilometres of the limits of the Bengaluru City. It is stated that an endorsement dated 09.04.2025 has been issued and a copy of the same has also been enclosed with an affidavit. 3. Although the complainant has not cleared the office objections, the complaint is closed. However, we clarify that this order will not preclude the complainant from availing his substantive remedies, including in respect to the endorsement dated 09.04.2025.
