Ramesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, Mulagada, dated 05.05.2026. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Tahsildar and other Government Officials were not involved in the demolition and that the Unofficial Respondent Nos.4 to 7 were involved in the demolition, and that, on the ground, the status of the land is stated to be vacant. 4. This Court is of the opinion that this case does not require any further enquiry. It is left open to the Petitioner to take appropriate action against the Unofficial Respondents. 5. Needless to state that the Official Respondents shall follow due process of law in the event any coercive action is sought to be initiated. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
