CMP No.23068 of 2026 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for the correction of order dated 12.08.2024. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a typographical error in Para-2 of the order, wherein instead of the word "not", the word "now" has been mentioned. In fact, a perusal of the order demonstrates that the petition was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court with liberty to the petitioner to file an execution petition on the ground that what the petitioner was seeking by way of the subsequent petition was the execution of the first order. Obviously, in the backdrop of what has been observed hereinabove, there is a typographical error in Para- 2 of the order, in which by mistake instead of the word "not", the word "now" has been typed. Accordingly, this application is allowed and Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in Para-2 of the order, in which the word "now" be substituted by the word "not".
