JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 03-07-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing a women. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and there is no direct evidence against the petitioners except suspicion. The petitioners are in custody since 8.2.2026 and 20.02.2026 respectively. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34854 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022. 7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
