Mr. Apurv, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with. It has been submitted that the arrears of amount to the tune of Rs.8,85,000/- has already been transmitted in the account of the petitioner. So far as the monthly pension is concerned, the same is also being started to be paid. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has, therefore, submitted that the instant contempt case may be disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 3. Mr. Anoop Kumar Mehta, the learned counsel appearing for the OP No.2 and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the OP No.3 have jointly submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and all the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 2026:JHHC:22125-DB 2 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the present contempt case to proceed further as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. 5.
