Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the judgment rendered in Sanjeev Kumar & Ors. Versus State of H.P. and others2, sought to be enforced by the petitioners, is based on the decision rendered in Ghanshyam Dass and others Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others3. That operation of the decision rendered in Ghanshyam Dass and others3 has been stayed
