(2) Petitioner was appointed as Vice Principal in Army Public School, Clement Town, Dehradun, vide order dated 14.8.2017, on probation for a period of one year, which was extended for further one year. Petitioner was discharged from service for unsatisfactory work, vide order dated 20.7.2019. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the said order, whereby she was disengaged from service. (3) Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Army Welfare Education Society v. Sunil Kumar Sharma held that writ petition involving service dispute would not be maintainable against Army Welfare Education Society. Division Bench of this Court also took a similar view in Special Appeal No. 360 of 2017. (4) In such view of the matter, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach appropriate forum, including the Education Tribunal. If she approaches appropriate forum, this Court hopes and expects that the dispute raised by the petitioner shall be decided as early as possible.
