GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declare the action of the Respondents especially Respondent No.3 and 4 in calling the petitioners herein to the police station and in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the Respondent No.5 to 7 and forcing the petitioners herein not to enter their own properties and issuing the impugned Endorsement vide PGRS No.KDP202604135875 dt.13-04-2026 asperse 3 illegal, arbitrary, unfair apart from violative of Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned Endorsement vide vide PGRS No.KDP202604135875 dt.13-04- 026 and also direct the respondents not to call the petitioner to the police station without following due procedure established by law and further not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the respondent no.5 to 7 and pass …” 2. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. V. Nitesh, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 5 to 7. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent No. 6 lodged a complaint, which was registered as Crime No. 03 of 2025, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 74, 351(2) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 20231 (for brevity, ‘the BNS’). In that regard, the Petitioners were called to the police station. It is submitted that the police did not interfere in the civil dispute between the parties, nor did they compel the Petitioner to attend the police station without cause. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and upon recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute pending in O.S.
