This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(C), 21(C), 22(C), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, from the car of the petitioner, 20 liters of Codeine Cough Syrup was recovered and from the car of the other co-accused, 128 liters of Triprolidine Hydrochliride & Codeine Phosphate, CODIVA Syrup was recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34085 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the huge recovery of cough syrup containing codeine, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 7.
