Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that: Petitioner is a Class-IV employee presently serving serving at Primary Health Centre Tegubehad, District Kullu; She is serving at the aforesaid place with effect from 21.04.2018. Having completed more than requisite tenure at the aforesaid place, petitioner is now desirous to serve at any other place as per her cadre. 2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider the case of the petitioner for her transfer from her present place of posting in accordance with law and applicable policy within a period of 4 weeks from today.
