The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.11621/2020 (KLR- RR/SUR). The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 6. We, however, clarify that this order would not preclude the complainant from availing substantive remedies in respect of the endorsement albeit in accordance with law.
