Respondent(s) For Petitioner : None in two rounds For Respondent : Mr. Suyashdhar Badgaiya, Advocate Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board 22.6.2026 1) Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging disobedience on the part of respondent in complying with the order passed in WPC No. 5499 of 2024 dated 22.1.2025 whereby the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Bilaspur was directed to take necessary steps and pass the order pursuant to order passed by SDO(R), Bilaspur in Appeal Case No. 113/A-6/2021-22 within period of 30 days. 2) Mr. Suyashdhar Badgaiya, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 29.5.2023 passed by the SDO(R), Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2026.06.22 17:27:17 +0530 2 Bilaspur which was subject matter of the writ petition was recalled by the authority vide its order dated 10.7.2025 (Annexure R/3) and this fact was within the knowledge of the petitioner. 3) Heard. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that SDO(R), Bilaspur vide order dated 10.7.2025 has reviewed its earlier order dated 29.5.2023 and passed a fresh order qua petitioner’s land, thus the order dated 29.5.2023 itself has seized to exist and no case of contempt is made out against the respondent. 5) Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed.
