JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 23-04-2026 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 126(2), 152(2), 69 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of establishing sexual relationship with the minor girl and making her pregnant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. It is further submitted that both parties have amicably settled their disputes, and entered into a compromise and the petitioner is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27145 of 2026(2) dt.23-04-2026 2/2 ready to keep the girl as his wife. 5. In these circumstances, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Judge/concerned Court below for bail. If the victim supports the factum of compromise then the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below. 6.
