In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure-F) passed by the respondent University. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17871 WP No. 34959 of 2024 careful consideration of Annexure-F, it is observed that the respondent-University has cancelled the admission of the petitioner under Rule 4.1.5 of the Academic Information and Regulations, 2022–23, as the petitioner has not passed even a single subject in the first semester of the first-year graduate course. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there is no infirmity in the order dated 03.12.2024 (Annexure-F) passed by the respondent- University.
