Mr. S.C.Mishra appearing for the authorities submits that the requisite documents in support of the proof of occupancy of the premises was not submitted by the petitioner. It for this reason that the application was rejected. The petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh application along with all requisites, including the proof of occupancy having the same address as the documents on which the petitioner seeks to place reliance. The respondent authority will consider and dispose of the online application along with the requisite documents to be furnished by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of making of the application. With the aforestated direction this writ petition is disposed of.
