Heard both the sides.
The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 05.10.2025 in connection with NDPS P.S. Case No.09 of 2025 [Balidih P.S. Case No.284 of 2025] for the offence registered under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/ 21(a) /22(b)/ 27/ 29 of NDPS Act has prayed for regular bail.
As per the prosecution case, Md. Faiz Akram @ Bobby, Md. Matlub Alam and Anirudh Sah @ Hit Sah were apprehended by the Police. 2.15 gm. Heroine and 1.540 Kg. Ganja was seized from the accused, Md. Faiz Akram @ Bobby, 40 gm Ganja was recovered from accused, Md. Matlub Alam whereas 10.499 Kg. ganja was recovered from 10 sachets of accused/ petitioner, Anirudh Sah @ Hit Sah and further 400 gm. Ganja was recovered from the car parked in the house of petitioner, Anirudh Sah @ Hit Sah.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that intermediary quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. It is submitted that the matter involves organized trafficking of narcotics in which both cannabis and Heroine were seized from different persons. The name of the petitioner has come up as supplier of cannabis.
Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected.
