Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Petitioners are serving as Assistant Professors in different subjects at Vallabh Government College, Mandi. Under Office Order dated 10.07.2026 (Annexure P-1), they have been ordered to take classes not only at VGC, Mandi, but also at Government College, Bassa (Gohar), Mandi, on rotation (06 days per week). Petitioners’ case is that they are required to be paid TA/DA for undertaking official journeys to Government College, Bassa (Gohar), Mandi. Alternatively, the petitioners have prayed for permission to conduct online classes for Government College, Bassa (Gohar), Mandi. Let learned Additional Advocate General to have instructions in the matter. List on 10.09.2026” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Pursuant to the above, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office order dated 10.9.2026 passed by the Director of Higher Education and on that basis submits that petitioners have been permitted to impart teaching to the students of Government College Bassa (Gohar), Mandi through online mode/virtual classroom. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the petition to stand disposed of.
