Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Both the petitioners and respondent no. 4 are present in Court. This Court also interacted with them. This Court, after interaction, is of the view that there is no threat perception and,infact, there is some civil dispute in between the parties and if any of them have any grievances against each other they can avail civil remedy. 4. Both the petitioners and respondent no. 4 undertakes before this Court that they will develop their cordial relations, and there is no threat perception at this stage there is no need to get any protection at this stage. 5.
