ORDER 22.07.2026
1. Nemo for the petitioner.
2. This Court, in terms of an order dated 03.07.2026, had identified to the learned counsel for the petitioner an elementary factual deficiency in the petition about missing name of the petitioner’s minor son and, thus, solicited the learned counsel for the petitioner to mention the name of the petitioner’s minor son.

4. Today counsel for the petitioner is absent.
5. This petition is aimed against an innocuous order dated 18.05.2026 passed by the court of Principal Judge, Family court, Srinagar, in terms whereof modification has been done with respect to order dated 15.04.2026 in so far as meeting place of the petitioner with his minor son is concerned.
6. In terms of order dated 15.04.2026, the petitioner was permitted to meet his minor son at ADR Centre, District Court, Haryana on 4th Saturday of every month from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, whereas in terms of order dated 18.05.2026 the place of meeting has been shifted from ADR Centre, District Court, Haryana to ADR Centre, Saket, District Court, New Delhi with rest of the protocol of meeting and timing retained as it is.
