That a writ in the nature of Certiorari may kindly be notification/order (Annexure P-3) to the extent it issued quashing and setting aside the impugned provides for merger and conversion of both the existing Government schools into CBSE pattern; 2. That a writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing the respondents to retain and continue at Pleast one Government school in the area either boy's school or Girls school under the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) so as to ensure a accessibility and affordability of education to rural students.” 2.
