GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: ::ORDER :: The petitioner originally filed O.A.No.1283 of 2017 on the file of learned Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad (for short ‘the Tribunal’) to declare the action of the 1st respondent in initiating and continuing the disciplinary proceedings initiated vide Charge Memo vide G.O.Rt.NO.1128 dated 12.09.2007, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. After abolition of the Tribunal, O.A.1283 of 2017 was transmitted to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati and the same is numbered as W.P.(A.T.) No.818 of 2021. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
