Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Sandeep Sharma, learned A.G.A. with Mrs. Rangoli Purohit, learned Brief Holder for the State. 3. Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant. 4. The present applicant ‘Rupali Sharma’ is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to First Information Report dated 24.04.2025 bearing FIR No. 0175 of 2025, wherein, she has been implicated for the offences punishable under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of BNS, 2023, P.S. Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. 5. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a Guest Teacher in a Law College have no criminal antecedents and she already returned money to the management of the institutions which she received as a fee. He further submits that taking into account all these aspects the interim bail was granted to the applicant by the Coordinate Bench on 21.07.2025 subject to certain conditions, which was never been misused and now the charge-sheet has been filed and as such interim bail be made absolute. 6. Learned State counsel on written instructions also apprise to this court that on completion of investigation the charge-sheet has been filed and during investigation applicant always cooperate. 7. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that from the contents of the FIR the offences are made out, which is evident from the fact that now the charge-sheet has been filed. 8. Be that as it may, admittedly the Coordinate Bench granted the interim bail on 21.07.2025 and she never misused the same and now the charge- sheet has been filed. In such view of the matter, the instant anticipatory bail application is 2026:UHC:1487 disposed of finally and the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench on 21.07.2025 is made absolute.
