By way of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Petition may kindly be allowed and the Impugned Orders dated 28.10.2024 & 14.03.2024 with 12.01.2023 (Annexure P-1 & P-2) may kindly be quashed and its source and its inception, i.e. the criminal complaint (Annexure P-2) registered in Criminal Case No. 1543/2015, by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Korba (C.G.), U/s. Section 420 of the I.P.C, may kindly be quashed (in respect of petitioner herein), in the interest of justice.” 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition and states that petitioner would cooperate with the trial. 4.
