Mahasamund, District Mahasamund (C.G.) in Special Criminal Case No. H-09/2022, and acquit to the applicant from the alleges charges under section 6 of POSCO Act or alternative may kindly directed to the court below reconsidered the case of the applicant afresh from framing charges after taking in to consideration determine the age of the prosecutrix on the basis of material on the records in the fact and circumstances of the case” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 04.09.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present revision has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this revision by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
