By filing the present petitions, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- 4 “In CRMP No. 1177/2022, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire proceedings under Case No. NIA 758/2017 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” “In CRMP No. 1179/2022, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire proceedings under Case No. NIA 822/2017 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” “In CRMP No. 1180/2022, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire proceedings under Case No. NIA 757/2017 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” “In CRMP No. 1140/2022, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire proceedings under Case No. NIA 823/2017 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the petitioner in CRMP No. 5 1177/2022, CRMP No. 1179/2022 and CRMP No. 1180/2022 has been acquitted on 01.11.2025 and the petitioner in CRMP No. 1140/2022 has been acquitted on 31.10.2025. As such, the relief sought in the present petitions has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in these petitions by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
