The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Circle Officer, Kandi, Garhwa refusing to mutate the land in favour of the petitioner. 3. The said order is appealable before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector (LRDC), Garhwa thus, the petitioner is directed to approach the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Garhwa by filing an appeal along with the copy of this order. 4. If an appeal is filed the same should be considered after hearing the petitioner by the respondents on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks. 5. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief the same should be extended to the petitioner.
