By filing the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief :- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and quash the Criminal Case No. 2055/2018 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Korba, District - Korba (C.G.) and the applicants may kindly be acquitted by this Hon'ble Court on the ground that compromise has already been taken place with the complainant and applicants have been acquitted, therefore, there is no need to prosecute them further in respect of Imran Khan, in the interest of justice.” 3. As per the status report received, the trial has already been concluded on 23.07.2024. In view of the same, the relief sought in the present petition has become infructuous as nothing survives for consideration in this petition by this Court. 4. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated. 6.
