Raja Mouli, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Hindupur Municipality (Respondent No.1). 2. The Writ Petitioner herein, who was erecting a cell tower, approached this Court seeking protection, including protection from interference from Respondent Nos.1 to 4. Respondent No.1 is the Official Respondent and Respondent No.2 to 4 are the Unofficial Respondents. Vide Order dated 16.12.2014, the Writ Petitioner took steps to serve the Unofficial Respondents and they were served in the year 2014 itself, as per the record. 3. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that the subject cell tower has been erected in the year 2014 itself and is functioning as such. 4. Since the Unofficial Respondents have already been served and remained ex parte till date, this Court would deem it that they have no defence to offer. 5. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. 6.
