JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER: WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:- (i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other direction by of writ to dispose off the case in O.S.No.2722/2025, pending on the file of XV Addl. City Civil & Session Judge Bengaluru (CCH-3), speedy disposal of the case or time frame disposal by allowing this writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/plaintiffs submits that the suit is filed under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 and the trial Court has to consider the same expeditiously within a period of one year. The suit was filed on 09.04.2025 and even after a period of one year, the same is not disposed of by the trial Court and the petitioners have come before this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. As per Section 20C of the Specific Relief Act, 1963, the trial Court is directed to disposed of O.S.No.2722/2025 as expeditiously as possible. ii.
